The most crisp top you will ever own, Freda is a breath of fresh air to the peplum craze. Pleats at the shoulders produce a cutesy bulb flare on the sleeves. Folded piping runs along the sleeves and boat neckline with bodice darts to structure the torso. Neatly pressed peplum folds fan out beautifully from the waist.
